Hi,

I've been in contact with Susan Proctor, Recruitment Officer at Arvato, about this job.

And I've worked for Arvato earlier, (in 2006), and have an employment-case against them.

So I'm not sure if Aravato wants me to work there, since I have an employment-case against them, from when I worked there in 2006.

(An employement-case that doesn't get anywere due to that the CAB misunderstood what type of lawyer I wanted, in 2007).

I could work in London.

I could live in a hostel, in the week, and then go back to Liverpool in the week-ends.

(Something like this).

But I would probably need an advance, to pay the hostel.

Since I've been unemployed since 2008, so I don't have any savings at the moment, and my jobseekers-allowance is only around £140 each forthnight, so I can't afford many nights on a hostel, until I get the first salary-payment, If I get a job in London.

Best regards,

Erik Ribsskog

Hi Erik,

I work for TheBigChoice.com and saw you were looking for work. My client is currently urgently looking for Customer Services people who speak fluent Norwegian to work in Liverpool. You don’t need any experience, however experience in customer
services or call centre is a plus. There are a few roles available right now.

You can work full time or part time if you need to.

The advertisement for the Norwegian speaking Customer Service position is here, and you can apply via TheBigChoice.

I am happy to answer any questions by email- but please note I am not a recruitment consultant. If you choose to apply your application goes straight to my client, I don’t see it. The company is a global employer who are the people behind
Random House, one of the world’s biggest publishing companies.

Its a good salary and also some good benefits! Hope this is of interest. If this isn’t for you, maybe you have friends or family who are Norwegian, or fluently speak Norwegian as you don’t actually need to be Norwegian if you speak it,
please forward the job on to them!  Also, we do have some other Norwegian speaking roles available in London.

Thank you or takk !

    Hi again,

what I really discussed with NCS was a course in Dreamweaver, by the way.

But I couldn't find that course on your website, when I did the research.

Do you know if you also have this course?

Perhaps I could take two courses at the same time.

If this is ok with the Jobcentre-rules.

Or else I could discuss this in the mentioned interview.

    Best regards,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

    thank you for your e-mail!

I sent an application now, from your website.

It says I'll get a letter for an interview within ten days time.

I also send a copy of this e-mail to Pamela Woods at NCS and to the Jobcentre, (which I hope they can send to Personal Advisor Sarah, at Aintree Jobcentre).

Since NCS and Personal Advisor Sarah at Aintree Jobcentre have mentioned that they can possibly help with founding a course to update my IT-skills.

    Thanks again for the e-mail.

    Best regards,

    Hello Erik,

Thank you for your enquiry. The course that you mention is the 2D Computer Aided Design course. This will run again this September, studying one evening per

    Hi,

I've had a meeting with NCS and have agreed with them to try to find a course to update my IT-skills, as part of my career-plan.

I found a part-time course named 'Award in Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing' on your web-site:

But this course has already finished, (in June, this year).

I was wondering if this course is going to start again, in September, this year?

Thanks in advance for informing me about this!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog

    Hi,

you write in your e-mail from 31/5, that: 'The next payment from the bank will be 28/07/2013'.

I've checked my online banking now, and I can't see that this Direct Debit-payment, (a token-payment of £1), has been deducted, from my bank-account.

(Even if 28/7 is now five days ago).

I was wondering what was going on.

Thanks in advance for informing me about this.

    Hi,

    thank you for your e-mail!

I got the three missing Jobseekers Allowance-payments on my bank-account, today, (Thursday).

I've paid the token-payment just now, from your web-site.

And I'll pay the next token-payment, also from your web-site, by 28/6, when this payment is due.

Sorry again about the delay with this!

    Hi,

the Jobcentre haven't paid me my last three jobseekers allowance-payments, so I have no money on my bank account now.

I hope it's ok that I pay the token-payment due today, when I get the jobseekers allowance back.

I can pay it by credit card, and I'll check your website for more information about how I can pay, when I get my allowance back.

Hope this is alright, and sorry about the delay!

    Hi,

I've been adviced by the CCCS, to pay token-payment, to my creditors, before I get a new job.

    I've set the token-payment amount, to £5 a month.

But now I've reviewed my budget, and I have so many token-payments now, and I live at a hostell, where I have to pay £73 a month, so I have to reset the amount on the token-payments to £1 a month now unfortunately, from next month.

So I'm stopping the current Direct Debit now, on my bank-account, and ask you if you could please set up a new Direct Debit, for £1 a month, from next month.

    Hope this is alright!

    Yours sincerely,

    Erik Ribsskog
