Hei Cathrine Huitfeldt,

Mvh.

I can only repeat my previous reply to you. Additionally,
if the rights you are trying to have recognised

European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) may be approached, provided all

Hi,

I'm a Norwegian citizen who has lived in the UK since
2004.

I own a part in a co-owned property in Norway, which I'm trying
to sell.

According to Norwegian law, I have the right to sell my part in
a co-owned property, a lawyer in Norway has told me on the
phone.

I've tried to get the Namsmannen in Røyken and Hurum, to
sell my part in a co-owned property since July/August.

But they have stopped answering me in August.

I then sent to the Domstoladminstrasjonen, who administer the
courts in Norway.

But they to don't reply.

The property in question has a beach, and very fine view to
the Drammens-fjord.

And even a quay, if I remember it right, since my
great-grandfather used to be a fisher-man.

My father, (who later has used phone-terror against me, and who
earlier let me live alone since I was nine years old, so I don't
have contact with him any longer), said once, that there were
paintings by famous Norwegian artist Kittelsen, in that house.

My grand-uncle, Idar Sandersen, (who is 90 years old), lives
there now.

I talked to him on the phone, a couple of years ago, and he
said the famous painter Henrik Sørensen had been a guest in the
house.

The property also have a house to paint in, since my other
grand-uncle, Gunnar Bergstø, was a painter, (from Holmsbu).

So I reacon that this property is worth £1 to 2 million.

And that my share, (which is now around 1/12 but could increase
to 1/9, if I also inherit after Idar Sandersen), is worth from £50k
to £100 k.

I'm unemployed even if I have an IT-degree, (comparable with a
HNP), and have worked as an executive, as a Shop Manager, in
Norway.

I'm also an earlier Home Defence-soldier, from Norway, but I
had to run to the UK, in 2004, because I overheard I was followed by
the mafia'n.

I don't really know who they are, the police wont tell me, and
the Home Office don't let me be a refugee formally in the UK.

I don't have much money, and the Police ambush me
everywhere I go almost, and follow me, and gets me thrown out,
everywhere, it seems to me.

(I've been thrown out five times now, in the UK, since
august, without doing anything wrong, I think).

I could need the money I have in that property, so to get
my own flat in the UK.

So that the Police would perhaps stop harassing me.

The IPCC don't want my e-mails any longer, so they aren't
of any use to me.

My grand-uncle still lives in the house, but he can live there,
even if it's sold, because I need the money now really, and some
buyers are going to patient, I think.

But I don't want to wait for my grand-uncle to die.

I think that's bisare.

So I want to have my rights in Norway, and get my money for
this property.

In Norway they are just using red tape/corruption, in this
case, against me.

I hope you at the British EU-commission can get the
Norwegian courts to give me my rights.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Yours
sincerely,

Erik Ribsskog

Hei,

Hei
igjen,

fortalt meg, (Øvergård, i Hurum).

Mvh.

Henvendelse vedr klage

Hei,

Mvh.

Hei
igjen,

fortalt meg, (Øvergård, i Hurum).

Mvh.

Hei,

erstatning.

Hi,

thanks for your reply!

It's really not my business I guess, but I'm just curious since I used to work as a Shop Manager.

So this is kind of my field then.

And it can also be a bit strange, as a customer, in a food-shop, if the staff are wearing private clothes, I think.

One would expect them to wear a uniform, or else one sometimes can't be sure if it is Tesco-staff or an imposter, who is talking to you, in the shop.

Thanks again for the reply!

Best regards,

Erik Ribsskog

Dear Mr Ribsskog

Thank you for your response.

I was sorry to learn that you have noticed members of staff wearing private clothing in our Liverpool One store. Please accept my apologies for any disappointment caused.

Please be assured that I am investigating this matter also, and will be back in touch with an update shortly.

Thank you once more for your patience in the meantime.

Hi,

by the way.

(Since I have your e-mail address).

I was at Tesco Supershop Liverpool One today.

And I paid in the automated check-outs, (as usual).

And the woman there, (around 20 years old, I think).

She wasn't wearing a Tesco-uniform.

I'm used to working as a Shop Manager in Norway, (in the chain Rimi), so I

wondered a bit about this.

Because in Rimi we had to wear Rimi-uniforms.

(Except on Rimi Karlsrud, in Oslo, at Christmas, when Magne Winnem was

manager there.

They were supposed to dress in fine-looking private clothes, on Christmas,

I remember).

How is this at Tesco, I was wondering.

I sometimes see Tesco-staff in Liverpool wearing private clothes.

This seems a bit odd to me. so I thought I'd just ask out of curiosity,

while I was contacting you.

Hope this is alright!

Yours sincerely,

Erik Ribsskog

Hi,

the date of the transaction was Saturday 14/1.

And the amount was: £1.37.

I shopped in one of the automated check-outs.

It was in the afternoon.

I used my RBS-card, when I paid, so I think that RBS probably would know

the time of this transaction, etc., in more detail.

Best regards,

Erik Ribsskog
